1)      CD for Stress Release

With a variety of recordings and music designed to reduce, or possibly alleviate, your feelings of stress you are able to feel in control, more calm and powerful. Find your favorite track and listen regularly in order to create a new pattern of thinking and feeling.

2)      CD with Affirmations
      .  If you have a hard time holding positive thoughts and feelings, this CD is for YOU!  It is designed to be used both consciously and subconsciously, making the results doubly effective!  The affirmations included address how you feel about yourself, your life, and others in all ways… physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.  Its perfect for supporting that transition from your old way of being into the new one you are striving to achieve.
