Self-Hypnosis Class This 2-3 hour class is designed to teach the basics of the hypnotic state, how it is achieved and how to create a script and recording that will ensure the results you desire.  This class is available for groups or businesses.

How and Why Meditate This class is full of questions, discussion, and meditation in many forms and with many different purposes. Expect outside reading and homework. The length of this course varies between 4 - 8 weeks, depending upon participants needs and desires.

Spiritual Development Course This class is mostly open forum. Questions, discussion, and meditation. Expect outside reading and homework. This course typically meets 6 times, with schedule varying depending upon the time of year.

Chakra Opening and Clearing Course In this 8 session (or weekend intensive) course where you will learn how working with your chakras begins to take you on the path toward having an open communication with God, the Creator, as well as your inner self. You will work with each of the 7 major chakras, one per class. You will learn their specific purposes, techniques in how to access, open, cleanse and balance them, and how they allow your life to improve. Spiritual (Auric) Body Work Course In this 8 session (or weekend intensive) course you will learn the purpose and qualities of each of the 7 spiritual (or Auric) bodies as well as the Haric Line. During the course you will access, cleanse, repair, align and center each of the bodies. Working with these takes you much deeper into your spiritual connection and feeling of oneness. DNA Activating Course In this 4 session (or 2 day intensive) course you will activate and access 13 of your major DNA strands while integrating them into your daily functioning. In this course you begin to feel yourself moving beyond human existence. (Prerequisite: completion of "Spiritual Body" and "Chakra" Courses)
